Omega Seamaster Diver 300M Beijing

A really cool and increasingly hard to find special edition Seamaster, produced by Omega to celebrate the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games.

Based on the excellent 42mm Seamaster Diver 300M, the Beijing edition has several details which set it apart from the standard model. Most obvious is the Grade 5 titanium bezel, with its unusual textured finish and raised diving scale. The dial itself is blue ceramic with Omega’s laser-engraved wave pattern. The really nice detail is the use of the five Olympic colours at 2, 4, 8, 10 and 12 o’clock, representing the colours of the Olympic rings.

Turn it over and there’s another lovely detail – the solid caseback carries the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games emblem, with Omega’s NAIAD LOCK system ensuring the engraving sits perfectly aligned.

Inside is Omega’s superb Calibre 8800 Co-Axial Master Chronometer automatic movement, METAS certified and highly resistant to magnetism, with approximately 55 hours of power reserve.

This example dates from April 2021 and comes as a complete set with its special Beijing 2022 presentation box, outer box, international warranty card, Master Chronometer card, pictograms card, booklets and accompanying paperwork.
